Story Chairs/Hello! Hello!

Sinking into the velvet upholstery of the chair, the occupant is surprised by a story. Speakers hidden in the cushions are triggered by the weight of the visitor and deliver a simple narrative. The experience is intimate and unexpected. Ben Oblas contributed design and built the chairs. Tina and Jeffry collaborated on upholstery fabric and audio. Above the chairs Jeffry's ceramic Roosters say "Hello Hello" with his paper cutouts.
